A Precinct to Enjoy
As the Australian Technology Park continues to grow, we strive to create a precinct that can be enjoyed not only by our tenants, but also by the local community.
Our campus-like setting provides the opportunity to create open public space that can be accessed by everyone. New recreational facilities including tennis and basketball courts and BBQ areas are just some of the ways the Australian Technology Park encourages community interaction.
The Park’s range of services for tenants currently includes:
- Four cafes
- On-site catering by Laissez Faire
- Outdoor relaxation areas including free BBQs
- 24hr on-site security guards seven days a week
- Security card access to car park and tenancies
- 100MB shared internet access & high speed wireless access
- Access to regular networking and collaborative marketing opportunities
- ATM, public phone and Australia Post mail boxes
- On-site parking for approximately 600 cars
